Went to this store for the second time with the same impression. The seller is very rude and rude. The offered carpeting is clearly too expensive.

Good advice, well-founded. I said that shortly after the purchase and gave it 5 stars.
Unfortunately, one of the blinds obviously has a technical problem. It has now come down for the 2nd time and is dissolving on the side because it cannot be wound up exactly straight.
Due to the corona, the promised callback came this week, but then the following took place quickly and competently, as usual. That is why I am happy to return to my original rating of 5 points.

Unprofessional, misogynist and child hostile behavior! I left the shop after 2 minutes because the employee loudly shouted "Woman at the wheel - monster!" left out about a customer who didn't see that her child didn't close the car door properly. And then continue to blame the toddler for the current situation (Corona). "You don't have to bring the child with you." So I will certainly not buy anything here!

Offer very good, but the seller lacks customer friendliness. Had to wait a long time before he asked about our request. We wanted to know what's available (opaque and moisture-resistant for a bathroom window). Were told,
not included in our offer. A few weeks ago we felt the same way when buying carpets. Glad there are other shops. I will not shop here again!

Ein besonders angenehmes Einkaufserlebnis nicht nur wegen der unerschöpflichen Auswahl an Gardinen (nach Teppichen haben wir nicht geschaut) sondern auch wegen der unaufdringlichen, aber freundlichen und kompetenten Beratung durch Frau Donath. Gerne Wieder!!

Habe im Internet stundenlang nach einer Maßanfertigung für einen Teppich gesucht... Echt nervig.
.Bei vielen Anbietern stand zwar Maßanfertigung da, aber es gab dann doch nur 24 vorgegebene Größen und meine war halt nicht dabei. Bei Frick wurden mir mögliche Reststücke gezeigt, die untere Beschichtung des Teppichs erklärt (und ob man da noch was drunter legen muss), erklärt wie der Teppich umkettelt wird, da konnte ich noch sagen, ob es eine Nuance heller oder dunkler sein soll. Und das alles zum halben Preis, da SSV ist. Wartezeit zwei Wochen, damit habe ich gerechnet. Der ganze Kauf dauerte keine Viertelstunde und ich bin sehr zufrieden! :)
